It is always a wonderful feeling to be able to look back and see how bit by bit, step by step, the path one has chosen to follow has proved to be a fruitful one. It is always motivating to see the future bursting with opportunities, new projects, new challenges…..Right now this is how I, Álvaro Vidal García, feel.

Personally, I have always felt that the most important factors have been perseverence, personal effort, continual training, putting forward ideas and helping with the problem solving, team-work. In short, to grow professionally and to contribute to the development of the society of which I am a member.

AVArquitecto is created in 2006 as a complement to my occupation at that time. It is created so as to enable me to focus on architecture, limiting the work carried out to Building, so that there is no interference with my responsibilities in the Land Acquisition and Management Department in Fadesa, the company to which I provided my services until 2009. Upon leaving Martinsa-Fadesa, and despite the uncertainty of the times, in the midst of a historic economic recession, I decide to promote and expand AVArquitecto and complement it with all the work I had previously carried out as an employee.

AVArquitecto is a young, Spanish Project Management, Architecture, Builiding, Planning, Design company ….. offering its clients a personal and comprehensive service in everything it does.
